Terms of Service

The service
TurnMe is an app for couples: a library of wish cards you send each other, with part of the library free and a subscription for all of it. It's iPhone only for now. TurnMe is operated by Oleksandr Vovchuk, a sole proprietor in Ukraine. When we say “we”, “us” or “TurnMe”, that's who we mean. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
18+ and consent between partners
TurnMe is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it. Some wishes are explicit, and they are meant for the two of you only. An account connects to one partner at a time, and either of you can disconnect whenever you like, without the other agreeing. You may only connect with another adult who has agreed to use TurnMe with you, and you're responsible for what you send.
A wish is an invitation, never an obligation. Sending or accepting one in TurnMe doesn't replace anyone's consent in real life, and either of you can change your mind at any moment.
Accounts
You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your Apple Account and your phone secure.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, at the price the App Store shows you at checkout. One subscription covers both of you: while you're connected, your partner has the full library too. If you disconnect, the subscription stays with the person who bought it and covers their next partner once they connect. It renews automatically until you cancel; cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting your TurnMe account doesn't cancel it. Refunds go through Apple — we can't issue them directly.
The early-supporter offer
The first 500 couples on the waitlist get two months of the full library free: one App Store offer code per sign-up, sent in the launch email. One code covers both of you. The email says the date the code expires; an unused code lapses then. After the two free months the subscription continues monthly, at the price the App Store shows you when you redeem the code, unless you cancel before then. The offer closes when TurnMe launches — sign-ups after that don't get it.
Acceptable use
- Don't share anything sent to you through TurnMe with anyone your partner hasn't agreed to.
- Don't use TurnMe if you're under 18.
- Don't use TurnMe for anything unlawful, to impersonate someone, or to involve anyone who hasn't consented.
Termination
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, especially the age or consent ones. You can stop using TurnMe and delete your account at any time, in Settings.
No warranty
TurnMe is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here takes away rights consumer law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
